Want to learn more about Islam? Here is your chance to get the answers to all your questions about Islam. Attend lectures, interact with your peers, enjoy the social, AND ask any questions you may have!

Weekly Knowledge Circles
These circles are for more serious students who want to learn more beyond the occasional halaqa or general lecture about Islam. This will help us learn more intensively and inshaAllah gain knowledge that we can all take well beyond our college years.

The topic of this semester's circles will be Seerah (stories or history of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)).

Orphans of Sudan: Suffering Behind the Shadows of War
Featuring Saeed Khan. Help Amnesty International sponsor children in the region of Darfur, Sudan along with Islamic Relief, a UN supported relief organization. Other sponsors include Gatorade/Pepsi Co, UofM Credit Union, ASU, the Multicultural Association (MCA), and MSA-UMD. Tickets are $10. There will be dinner, a silent art auction, a presentation, and reservations will be taken (up to 200 people). Dress is formal.
