Picnic went around the room and asked for each eboards feelings on it

Ayman
good activities, it was fun, serving food needed to be a bit more organized

Hodhaifa
Guys activities were good, not sure about the girls, the food was good.
Overall liked the picnic

Maher
horrible at the beginning, there was miscommunications, didnt get to do
tug-of-war. Serving food need a bit more organization. At the end needed to be
a bit more organized and structured
§
Shan
strength: attendance, activities and promoting was good. Weaknesses
outsourcing duties, played more then worked
§
Zeshahn
food was good but a bit burnt, chicken served at the end wasnt good, working
with the other groups was a bit disappoint not satisfied with that.

If all the event go the same way the picnic went, then we will fail as an
organization

Activities
needed more organization, lack on girls side

Food
was pretty good, and we got great prices on them
·
Attendance
terrible. Had about 80 people there when we wanted 150-200. We wanted all of
the MSAs there.

Wayne and TMA brought a good amount of people

Sending
out the postcards was good and the text messages

Organization had the tables but didnt have it organized

Grills
were a big problem

Outsourcing
a problem came 2 hours late

the different organizations task doing it the day of (not good)

have a meeting before to know what was going on

Last
year more people attended

Recommendation
next year MSA will do it by itself. If others want to cosponsor then they can
do it financially.

Every
eboard member needs to pull their weight

Overall
picnic was a negative

people would like to donate money then they can donate it to Islamic Relief

Islamic
Relief wants to sell out with in the next 2-3 days

Looking
for 20 volunteers, all the eboard members will sign up
