Attendance

weekly meetings are mandatory and they are every week unless they are canceled
or rescheduled

New
Policy: The Warning System:
If you dont notify Ramy 24 hours before the meeting
that you, the eboarder, will not be attending the
meeting then you will get a warning. Once you get 3 warnings you are on grounds
for impeachment.

Ramadan

Salmiyeh e-mailed with TMAs
interested members for the Ramadan Task Force: Houda Fawaz, Nawal Al Saad and Salmiyeh Karamali

TMA will choose one of the 3 sisters to be on the Ramadan Task
Force

Amal Hassan will be the 4th
person on the task force.

TMA will be helping collect the funds.

Duties

The two brothers will do all the field work

Amal will be in charge of the purchasing of
the paper products and drinks
¨
One brother and one of the sisters that will be selected will be
in chage of the funds

Meeting with V. Chancellor Henderson will be next month.

PR: Dax will be start printing Tuesday and should inshallah be done by Thursday.
