General Body Meeting

1. Opening Du'a by Adnan

2. Elections

§ Nominations start today – they still need to be open up on the website

§ There are certain requirements in order to run – meetings, participating in events.

· All in constitution – read it

3. Film Festival

§ Should we extend the film festival?

§ Only 3 movies confirmed so far

§ Could make 1 long video about MSA

§ Move film festival from March 15 to March 29^th.

§ Eboard votes and postpones it to March 29^th

4. Central Zone

§ Site for registration has changed

§ No link for registration for volunteering. They will refund volunteers later

§ Register at MSAzone.com

§ Email Kashif Saleem if you aren’t registered but you did earlier

§ Volunteers form Dearborn will be serving food

§ Registration at site will be a day passes only

5. Generation Next

§ In 5.5 weeks

§ Have it at Unity Center FCS or HFCC

§ Expenses

· Room: $450

· Food: $800/900

· Advertising: $250

· Flowers/Other: $200

· Total: $2,000

§ Want it small due to special event coming up on May 6^th

§ Looking for different venues and confirming things
