1. Education

§ Halaqa

· Good amount of people showed up to Dr Ridwan’s Halaqa

¨ Advertising went well

· For next semester find out a good time for Halaqa’s. Ask everyone

§ Preserving Islamic Family Values in West – December 1

· Will be in Greenfield Manor

· Advertisement

¨ Getting fliers printed out

¨ Emails will be sent out tonight

¨ Need to advertise by word of mouth

· Speakers: Kamran Riaz and Saeed Khan

· Hodhaifa needs to talk about expenses

2. Outreach

§ Jummah

· Usama Khalid for this week

§ Islamic Awareness Week

· Tomorrow 11-5 Art Exhibit. Movie will be playing and fliers being passed out. Hot Chocolate.

· Tuesday: Imam Salie – Q & A and Poetry Slam

· Wednesday: Sr. Najah Bazzy – Gender Role in Islam

· Thursday: Dawud Walid – Misconceptions

3. Public Relations

§ Shan will be passing out fliers for IAW and for dinner on December 1

4. On-Campus

§ Community Service – December 2 from 9-12

· St. Aloysius – will be packing boxes.

· Max 20 people.

· Send out an email

§ Socials

· Gym not available – look into doing an off campus social

¨ NFL Playoffs

¨ Do it during winter break

¨ Famous Hamburger has a banquet hall in the basement – look into that.

¨ Could do ice skating or bowling

¨ Want a ski trip – suggestion to do it separately

¨ Arcade Place in Warren

· Both come up with 3 ideas, something for each gender to do and something that everyone could do.

· Sister’s Eid Party

¨ Look into doing it with ICD
