- Way we served the food

- A lot of people come – and then leave at the end – hall was empty

- People walking into the kitchen

- Miscommunication – volunteers receiving different instructions from each person

- Food was cold

- Too many people in kitchen

- Lights off the whole time

- Taking out food too early

- Cold quickly

- People taking food other tables

- Wastage of food

- Management – who comes in and out

- Need bigger tables if we did family style

- Walkie talkie from MC to Sound people in back

- Organization – told different things

- Told volunteers duties 30 minutes before event

- Insufficient – hard to keep track of every table

- Not all sponsors mentioned

- Security – first ones to eat

(a) All in one spot – should be spread out

- No appetizers, hummus, and bread

¨ Do serving the same way – because from audience point they loved it

(a) Ask them in advance – not 2 weeks in advance

(b) Ask them to come in earlier 2 not 3:30

(c) Train them before so they know what is going on

(d) Confirm volunteers a bit better

¨ Appetizers

¨ Kitchen people need more

¨ Serve food after people leave for prayer

¨ Have bread and hummus – people kept requesting it

¨ Have more control over the food

¨ Have a children’s program

¨ Need another form of entertainment

¨ Have lights off

¨ Budget more so we can have more money – to have more food

¨ Not to have the dinner on the last 10 days of Ramadan

¨ Have a chocolate slide
